We serve a table d’hote menu with an International cuisine. We use locally grown organic produce to create many in-season island specialties. Our resort is the only establishment on the island so our packages include full board meal plans which consists of breakfast, lunch and a three course dinner. Please advise us if you have any dietary requirements (vegetarian etc.) prior to your arrival so that we may better cater to your needs.
Note: We apologize but we do not cater to vegans as it is very difficult to bring in certain specialty foods.
The bar is limited to the availability of what is locally provided like domestic beers and wine and is additionally charged. The bar bill will be settled upon checking out.
Our fales feature a service of a tray with coffee or tea served at your veranda at 7a.m. every morning and a coffee station at the restaurant during breakfast free of charge as well as a cold pitcher of rain water served at every meal.
